Candice Lange

Candice Lange is president of Lange Advisors, a professional services and consulting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has an MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Purdue University.

Prior to creating her firm, Lange was director of workforce partnering at Eli Lilly and Company. She was responsible for work-life and flexibility strategies, the company’s diversity agenda and women’s initiatives, and extending the Lilly corporate brand into its people practices. She also held management positions in medical and discovery research.

Under her leadership, Lilly achieved national recognition on a number of annual lists, including the Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For in America," Fortune's "Best Companies for Minorities," and the Working Mother “10 Best Companies for Working Mothers." 

Today, Lange serves in a number of leadership roles in the work-life and diversity fields and is also active in her community. She is a member of the Bright Horizons Family Solutions advisory board and has served on the advisory boards of Indianapolis Woman magazine and the Berger Institute for Work, Family and Children. She was also a member of the national advisory board for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and, in 2006, was president of its Indiana chapter. Lange is also a former co-chair of the Conference Board Work-Life Leadership Council and served on the steering committee for the Boston College Work-Life Roundtable.
